What does the Berliner FamilienPass offer you?
In the Berliner FamilienPass you will find 300 coupons for reduced or even free admission to leisure and cultural facilities in Berlin and beyond.
It gives you lots of ideas for your family leisure time and lets you rediscover your city. And you might even win one of the 200 event prize draws!
How much does it cost and where can I buy it?
The Berliner FamilienPass costs 6 euros and is available at all Berlin dm branches (while stocks last). Other sales points are the Berlin libraries, the LPGs, some citizens' offices and district Mittes, etc. Of course, you can also order it in our online store or buy it at the JugendKulturService office (no EC card payment possible).
Is there an overview of the sales points?
The overview of sales points is not available until 11.12.2024 due to maintenance work.

Click on the magnifying glass (on the left-hand side) to enter a search address. The round black "i" button takes you to an overview where you can select the categories (click on the "eye") to be shown on the map, e.g. "sales points".

What do the symbols on the discount coupons mean?
Scissors: this coupon can only be redeemed once, all coupons without scissors can be used indefinitely
Clock: Make a note of the date! The coupon is only valid for this event.
Heart: ecertainly family-friendly prices

Which events will be raffled off?
Every year we put together over 200 events (guided tours, workshops, sporting events...) for which you can win places if you're lucky. We raffle off the places every month.
You can take a look at the upcoming events in the individual months on our Feripro prize draw registry. In each monthly program you will also find an indication of whether you can already register for the prize draws.
How can I register for the events?
You can register for the prize draws (over 200 in total in 2025!) in our Feripro prize draw portal using your Familienpocket book access code. If you want to register for the first time, you have to register first.

Where can I find my access code for the prize draw database?
In your Berliner FamilienPass on the inside back cover (p. 217 "Familienpocket book card"), the access code is printed at the bottom right.
Our family has limited financial resources, are there any certain offers?
You can send us your proof of eligibility or proof of supplementary child allowance and we will register you as an EXTRA family. Then you can also register for the EXTRA prize draws (e.g. for the seahorse swimming course and short trips).
And: You can get tickets for the "Concerts for young people and families" concert program of the JugendKulturService at half price.
Is the Berliner FamilienPass also available as an app?
The Berliner FamilienPass is currently only available in book form, but we are working on a digital version.
