Short portrait Anna Wagner-Fregin
founded the "Theatre Anna Rampe" in Berlin in 2008. She works closely with the
with the "Theatre Zitadelle", she directs and together they develop
productions. In 2018, Anna Wagner-Fregin and her husband Daniel Wagner opened
opened the new venue "Theatre im Bergmannkiez" in Berlin-Kreuzberg. There
productions of the "Theatre Anna Rampe" and the "Theatre Zitadelle" for young and
for young and old. Anna Wagner-Fregin studied in Berlin at the "Hochschule für
Ernst Busch" and graduated in 2005.
Afterwards she worked for three years at the "Theatre junge generation" in Dresden, to
to become independent in 2008 with the "Theatre Anna Rampe". The "Theatre
Anna Rampe" has been nominated twice for the Berlin Theatre award IKARUS.
With the play "Einmal Schneewittchen, bitte!" it won the 2018 IKARUS Prize
of the youth jury.
